Booking terms

PLACEHOLDER TERMS - replace in Admin > Settings before opening bookings, and have them reviewed.

1. Booking. A date is reserved once the deposit is paid. One event per date.
2. Payment. The deposit is non-refundable unless Category 5 Productions cancels. The balance is due before the event.
3. Cancellation. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit.
4. Overtime. Time beyond the booked length is billed at the package's hourly rate, subject to availability.
5. Venue. The client confirms the venue allows amplified sound and provides safe power and access for setup.
